Who we are
A local, inspection-first pest control company
We built this company around a simple observation: most repeat pest problems are diagnosis failures, not product failures. The treatment was fine — nobody found the entry point, the second harbourage area, or the neighbouring unit feeding the problem.
So we inspect first, explain what we found in plain language, and then treat. You get told what preparation is needed, how many visits your situation is likely to require, and what needs sealing or repairing afterwards.
We also tell customers when a treatment will not achieve what they are hoping for — mosquito reduction rather than elimination, or a shared building that needs adjoining units addressed. That honesty is the reason most of our work comes from repeat customers and referrals.

About our service
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Pesticide applications are performed by a licensed exterminator in accordance with Ontario's Pesticides Act, and we carry business liability insurance.
What areas do you cover?
Toronto and the GTA — Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, North York, Etobicoke, Oakville, Oshawa, Pickering and Ajax — plus Hamilton, Kitchener–Waterloo–Cambridge and London.
Do you offer guarantees?
We tell you up front what result to expect and what follow-up is included in your plan. Where a warranty period applies to your treatment, it is stated in writing before work starts.
